Our prescription refill policy asks that you allow 24 hours for your pet's prescriptions to be refilled. This gives the staff & doctors time to review your pet's file to make sure they do not need to make any changes to their medication. Certain medications require blood testing and checkups at specific intervals in order for your pet to continue on the medication.
